CUPREE Optional safety drip alert water shut off:
CUPREE Boiling and Chilled Modules are never exposed to the static water supply pressure. Static water pressure is isolated at the CUPREE tap. This is why we have included the automatic safety water shut off valve as an option. Under Australian Standard, AS 3500, a drip tray is not required for any of the CUPREE appliances as they are all less than 7 litres in capacity. In the unlikely event that a leak should occur, anywhere within the cupboard, the feed water is automatically isolated and an audible alarm will sound.
CUPREE Splash-free boiling water delivery
The variable flow tap lever control is supported by an adjustable boiling water inlet valve to obtain a smooth splash free delivery. Boiling water and steam vents safely to drain - not from the spout. Pressure regulation and flow adjustment valves achieve smooth boiling water delivery.

Remote controlled boiling water safety system:
CUPREE offers a choice of two child safety switches, remote control and boiling water shut‑off, for additional safety. Ideal for aged person or child care facilities, only CUPREE offers safety switching remote from the actual tap. Simply press the button on the remote control and the boiling water is ready to use. The boiling water is automatically isolated again after use.
The remote control can be carried by a nurse or teacher. Alternatively, the control can be mounted or located in a convenient and safe position anywhere in the kitchen.
