The simple design of the CUPREE eliminates over engineered complexity of electronic tap (ET) systems. The entire operation configuration of the CUPREE is identified by sight upon opening the cupboard doors.
Unlike ET systems, CUPREE taps are waterproof and not effected by outside contact with cleaning products and water.
A leak tray is optional, whereas with ET systems, a leak tray is essential.
